Sustainably Raised Meat CSA
Our fall CSA begins in October with 3 monthly pickups at our farm in Orange, MA. The shares are comprised of beef, pork, chicken, and lamb, with two size options to suit your needs. With our half share you will receive ten pounds of meat at each pickup and with our full share you will receive twenty. If your family doesn’t eat one of the meats in our shares we are happy to provide more of the others.
If a monthly CSA pickup isn’t convenient we also offer a one time pickup of the entire full or half share. Stock your freezer or split a share with friends or family!

Our full share meat CSA is a total of 60lbs of meat distributed over three monthly pickups of 20lbs each. In each pickup you will receive beef, pork, and chicken with lamb also included in two of the pickups.

Grass Fed Lamb
Pre-order a half or whole lamb!
Our lambs graze on nutrient-rich pastures, resulting in a tender and flavorful meat with a naturally lean profile. This method of raising lamb ensures a higher quality of meat with a rich, earthy taste that reflects its natural diet. Grass-fed lamb is also considered more environmentally sustainable and healthier due to its lower fat content and higher levels of omega-3 fatty acids.
Heritage Pork

Our pigs are a mix of heritage breeds. They are raised in the woods and lead healthy, active lives because they are able to engage in natural pig behaviors. Buying heritage pork contributes to the preservation of agricultural diversity and, compared to supermarket pork, pasture raised heritage pork is far healthier and infinitely more flavorful!
Pasture Raised Chicken

Our pasture-raised chickens live in a mobile tractor that is moved daily to give them access to fresh grass and tasty morsels while keeping them safe from predators. This practice also spreads nutrient-rich manure, which enriches the soil and improves pastures. Raising chickens in fresh air and sunshine, rather than in enclosed spaces, supports sustainability. It benefits the farm and produces a tastier, healthier bird for your table.

Grass Fed Beef
Our grass fed beef is deliciously mild and flavorful. Whether you are looking for something to grill over the weekend, need a special roast for a celebration, or want to stock your freezer we have something for you. Beef will be back in stock in November.
Rainbow Chicken Eggs
We value diversity and that includes diversity in our chicken flock. Our hens are various breeds and barnyard mixes and lay eggs in different sizes, shapes, and all the colors of the chicken egg rainbow. You can buy our eggs at Wendell Country Store in Wendell, MA and Quabbin Harvest in Orange, MA.
