Our full share meat CSA is a total of 60lbs of meat distributed over three monthly pickups of 20lbs each. In each pickup you will receive beef, pork, and chicken with lamb also included in four of the pickups.
Our half share meat CSA is a total of 30lbs of meat distributed over three monthly pickups of 10lbs each. In each pickup you will receive beef, pork, and chicken with lamb also included in two of the pickups.
