Half hogs are $300 plus butcher fees and whole hogs are $550 plus butcher fees. We expect each whole hog will yield 125-140lbs of packaged pork. We will deliver them to Blood Farm in Groton, MA on September 26, 2024 for processing. You will pay the butcher fees and pick up your finished pork at Blood Farm later that week or the next week. You can view their rates and choose your custom butchering and smoking on their website www.bloodfarms.com. A 50% deposit will reserve your pig with us.
